On occasion, you may have a valued executive or key person who is in need of sensitivity training to deal with an incident that has occurred, or who has exhibited behaviour that has exposed the company to unnecessary liability and caused disruption to other employees.

Our One-to-One Sensitivity Training Session for Executives can take place at our location or yours. Should the distance be too great, our remote option is available which connects the trainer with the employee at a prearranged time from the comfort of their own desk via Skype or other technology. Sessions are typically rolled-out in a half-day.

HR Proactive Inc. provides a consultation with your management, Human Resources and/or legal counsel to prepare for the training session in order to have a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.

HR Proactive has a library of training videos and materials developed over the last two decades to draw from when customizing the agenda for your executive.

Our training is “hands-on” and highly interactive using case studies, Q&A, role playing, and the use of relevant videos and quizzes to ensure the learning is reinforced and practical application is taken back to the workplace where it can be applied. We go beyond legal harassment training and provide practical tools and tips to avoid a repeat of behaviour. Our training allows the employee to process the situation and gain insight on how to avoid future complaints.

We provide a training confirmation letter outlining what was achieved, our evaluation of the success of the training session and any recommendations for additional assistance, supports or follow-up. The employee receives a Certificate of Completion.
